Countdown widget App Reviews

Great Little App

And great support too. I suggested the time clock countdown in numerals, and the developer added it. Now thats what I call customer service ;)

This is not a widget!

It runs in the background but doesnt pop up with the other widgets, it just sits on the desktop which is most annoying. VERY deceptive to call it a "widget." Add to that the support page is all in Chinese! I want my 99¢ back!

No compaints

For all those who are complaining that it is not showing up in front of everything, just go to preference, advanced, and set it. It works great. Love it

Best but not there yet.

Easy to set-up but as another reviewer commented you can not turn the app/widget off without un-installing the software. Also the fact it just sits on the desk-top like a lead weight is very distracting and frustrating.

Cant hide it and its not a widget

Very annoying that I cant close it like a regular widget. Dont believe other reviews about changing preferences in advance options. It does not work. 99 cent I lost. Doh!

Not a widget

Agreed with the other users, biggest waste of .99, I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Now to look for a real countdown widget that pops up with my other widgets. I wish I could rate zero stars.

Not bad but needs work

Using it for a hockey season countdown currently. It works, does its job, but I wish it was actually a widget. Its more of a sticky note kind of… It doesnt actually show up on your widgets screen/dashboard.

What

...if the countdown widgets you create dont save and you lose them every time you restart?? Boooo! Please fix and this app will be great!

Love the app but since the update it doesnt work!

When I try to open the program a popup comes up and says this: Create image data cache folder failed… Please fix!

LOVE this but having opening issues

when I try and open the program a pop-up comes up and says: Create image data cache folder failed.

lots of issues

I have so many issues with this app now… Mine also now say "ceate image data cache folder failed" when I ty to open it. Please fix it!!!

LOVE But…….

says Create image data cache folder failed pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee fix

Did not work after the update

Was working fine. But after I downloaded the most recent update it disappeared completely from the desktop. No way to bring it back anyhow. Dont waste your money on it.

Where did it go???

I got this widget hoping that maybe the dissapearing issue had been resolved. Apparently, it hasnt at all! It only opened once i purchased it, i added my events, and once i closed it, i dont see the widget ANYWHERE. I tried opening the app again and what happens? NOTHING. Literally, it DOES NOT EVEN OPEN. The previous review for this app was absolutely right, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS. A countdown widget should be simple and this app looked so promising! But man, what a huge let down...

Doesn’t work

I have had it on for 4 days, and it still says the same amount of days until the deadline. It needs an update to fix that

nice appplication

i used it every day for my work, thanks for your works

Disappearing

I love this app a lot, and I like the way it sits nice and looks nice on the desktop. My only issue is, as other people have said, it doesn’t open. At all. But when I click to open it, it shows up in activity monitor, and not only that, when I hit command+down arrow, I can see the one countdown I had made zoom down from above the screen, so it is there, it just needs to get ON my screen.

Wrong amount of day

I put two diffrent dates in 2 weeks apart from each other and it said they were both 29 days away. Not worth the money. To any one that wants this if I was you I would think twice and look else where. TERRIBLE APP. WARNING DO NOT BUY!!!!!

Working Great!

Thanks for fixing problem setting date! Fast response from developer!

Great app!

I have nearly fifty countdown windows open on my MacBook Pro Retina and love it. To differentiate them, I put photos in the backgrounds. The latest update doesn’t seem to be able to maintain more than a few images at a time, where an earlier one could. Is this a limitation of my MacBook or the latest build of the program? The problem started before I upgraded iOS 7 to Mavericks.
